Kam Thakar

Born in Derby, in the UK, Kam Thakar came to Canada at a young age. His passion for meeting and interacting with people lead him to study event organization, but after spending time working at his uncle’s health food store, he realized he found his true calling, as a nutrition expert.

Eventually taking over the store and transforming it into Health Valley Natural Foods, Kam discovered he enjoyed developing and sharing his intimate knowledge of natural health related products. And it’s this passion which translates into the high quality of customer service you can expect from Kam.

When Neetu opened a spa in the space right above Health Valley, Kam found many of the same people were frequenting both businesses, and so it just made sense to combine the two. The result is Jiva Spa.
